Every service pack price is calculated on a monthly basis. When you select a pack, and if you choose to pay a whole year of service in advance, you will benefit of an important discount, ranging from 15% to 20%, depending on the selected pack.
Yes, sure! The service pack selection is only valid for the present month. Selected service packs are automatically renewed for the duration of the contract unless you notify us within 5 days before the next month is starting that you wish to change it. If you do change, your monthly invoice will reflect this.
Do not worry my friend, we got you covered. On the months you chose to downgrade to a cheaper pack, the difference between the prices of these packs is credited in your favour.
You can choose to be refunded the money straight away or you can choose to leave it as credit for future contract extensions, in which case you will receive a bonus discount on future contract renewals.
Let’s say you sign up for the Premium pack because you are expecting to launch a big project, implementation or migration. But for any reason, your planning is delayed. But when you sign up for a pack, we dedicate resources from our pool to your company, even hiring if we have to.
We are not in this business to take advantage of our clients, so if we are able to shift some of these resources to another client, we will credit/refund the difference between the pack you selected and the one which is more appropriate for your case.
Yes and no. With service packs, you sign up for levels of service, which means we will use the number of resources we believe to be appropriate to provide the agreed services to your company.
Each service pack guarantees a minimum number of profile/hours per month though. These resources are assigned to your company from our pool of professionals and do not change during the contract validity period. At any given time you will have these minimum number of resources working exclusively for your company.
